Darla has always stood out among her peers as one who would lead and mentor those around her. This has especially been the case for her during the time of her real estate career. As Branch Broker of a local brokerage in the OKC Metro area, she guides both new and experienced agents alike, in client relationship nurturing and building their referral base on a daily basis. With many years in an array of both volunteer and career positions, looking back, she has always taught others and lived a life of giving generously, which is the basic foundation of the Generosity Generation.
After realizing her individual tendency to execute best through building relationships, she found Michael Maher’s style of business to be just what she needed to come into her calling. Joining the Generosity Generation mid-2016, she began running her business in the same manner as her life - with the mindset of nurturing relationships and reaping referrals. She insisted on teaching her team the same philosophies and by the end of 2017, her team’s sales nearly tripled between 2016 and 2017. Darla is a member of the Master Series and Founders Club of Certified Referral Trainers and is personally endorsed by Michael J. Maher, Author of the 7 Levels of Communication, Going from Relationships to Referrals and Founder of the Generosity Generation.
